Frequently Asked Questions

Should I refrigerate my cake/cupcakes? No, you should keep your cake and/or cupcakes out at room temperature until you serve them. We use 100% real butter in our buttercream and it’s made 100% from scratch, so if you refrigerate it the butter will get cold and harden and we want your buttercream to stay soft and creamy. If you aren’t serving your cake or cupcakes the same day you can refrigerate it overnight and then let it soften to room temperature by leaving them on the counter for 2-3 hours.

Are you a nut free bakery? No, we use nuts in our bakery. While some of our products may not contain nuts everything is baked in the same area and there is a chance for cross contamination. For more information about food allergy concerns feel free to call 914.495.3232.

Do you bake Gluten Free/Egg Free/Dairy Free? While we do offer some gluten free, egg free or diary free products everything is made on the same equipment in the same kitchen so we can not guarantee that there won’t be traces of gluten, egg or dairy in our products. Can I stop in last minute to pick up something? Yes, we try to keep all of our products stocked in the store available for walk in customers. This includes cupcakes, cakes, cookies, bars, granola and cake pops. However, we do tend to sell out of items quickly. Especially some of our cupcake and cake flavors. So we recommend that you place an order to ensure that you can get exactly what you would like.

Can I order a tiered or a shaped cake? We offer tiered cakes. However at this time we do not offer shaped cakes.

What forms of payment do you accept? We do not accept personal checks but we do accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. And of course, cash.

Can I get a delivery? We are unfortunately not doing deliveries at this time. We will of course deliver your large orders, such as weddings but are not able to accommodate daily local deliveries at this time.

I am having a large wedding, can I come in for a wedding tasting? Of course! We would love to cater your wedding and we are happy to provide some samples for you to try. Just be sure to call and schedule an appointment. We do not accept walk-ins for wedding tastings.
